PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EACC product coat  is a two component coating,  hardner and epoxy primer that are formulated to provide corrosion protection to steel substrates in both maintenance and new construction situations. As a high performance anti-corrosive primer EACC product coat  gives high protection as part of any anti-corrosive coating system for aggressive environments including those found on offshore structures, petrochemical facilities, storages, pipes, structures and power plants.

TYPICAL USES

Suitable for all types and shape structural steels and piping exposed a wide range of corrosive atmospheric environments. Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment. Specially designed for coating systems where extended durability is required.

 

SURFACE PREPRATION

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from contaminants and ensure removal of dirt, dust, oil and all 

other contaminants that could interfere with adhesion of the coating.

MIXING

Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring as per the mixing ratio. Once the unit has been mixed, it should be consumed within the working pot life.

 Continuous stirring is required during the application.

STORAGE CONDITION

This material can be stored at temperature between -10 to 35 0C to ensure shelf life.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life is 20 months stored as recommended in original unopened containers.
